SHIPPING & RETURNS

We process and ship all our orders 5 days a week, with the exception of weekends and Public Holidays. Your order will be shipped by SkyEx and delivers 1 day after processing, unless otherwise specified. Please note that SAPIA SIMONE is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.


Important Delivery Information:

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. SAPIA SIMONE is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.

We are offering our customers the Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) system, which means that you will be charged at checkout for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Import duty and tax costs will be invoiced to you directly by the currier respectively (depending on the region your shipping address is in) upon delivery or an import broker appointed by you.

SAPIA SIMONE reserves the right to add extra charges to the shipping delivery if your location is in a remote area.

You will receive an email confirmation with a link to view tracking information once your order has shipped.

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please email hello@sapiasimone.com . We do accept exchanges and returns on clothing only. In order to meet our exchange’s policy, items must be sent back to us unworn and with original hangtag attached within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Please note: We do not permit any returns or exchanges on swimwear items. All sales are final due to hygiene reasons. 

Returns are subject to a return label fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Upon the receipt of exchanged goods, sapiasimone.com reserves the right to deny exchange if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.
