SHIPPING & RETURNS
We process and ship all our orders 5 days a week, with the exception of weekends and Public Holidays. Your order will be shipped by SkyEx and delivers 1 day after processing, unless otherwise specified. Please note that SAPIA SIMONE is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Important Delivery Information:
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. SAPIA SIMONE is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
We are offering our customers the Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) system, which means that you will be charged at checkout for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Import duty and tax costs will be invoiced to you directly by the currier respectively (depending on the region your shipping address is in) upon delivery or an import broker appointed by you.
SAPIA SIMONE reserves the right to add extra charges to the shipping delivery if your location is in a remote area.
You will receive an email confirmation with a link to view tracking information once your order has shipped.
If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please email email@example.com . We do accept exchanges and returns. In order to meet our exchange’s policy, items must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note: shipping & handling fees are not refunded for preference return. Your refund will be credited back with store credit. Shipping charges will not be refunded for packages that are refused by customers. Upon the receipt of exchanged goods, sapiasimone.com reserves the right to deny exchange if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.
